Orphic Labs was founded by Bárður — a general contractor turned systems architect, based in Reykjavík, Iceland.

The work spans market intelligence, AI-native infrastructure, and applied field theory. Every product is built from first principles, deployed to production, and operated by the same person who designed the architecture — aided by a network of AI agents that handle orchestration, monitoring, and synthesis around the clock.

The recursive structure is intentional: the cognitive tools built to run this institution are the same infrastructure offered through Atlas. The institution is the proof of concept.
